We had a clogged washing machine and he investigated thoroughly, fixed the issue, and gave us tips in a variety of areas to make sure we don't repeat this problem and don't encounter other issues. After the job we talked a little, I introduced him to our cat Moose and he showed us pictures of his beautiful Sphynx cat. All in all it was a relaxing experience with an amicable guy. I called Michael late in the day regarding a broken dryer and he was able to come out the very next day. He diagnosed the problem immediately and had the correct replacement part in his truck. When he finished with the dryer, I mentioned that my stove was taking about 1.5 hours to pre-heat. He took a look at it, immediately knew what was wrong and went to his van to get the replacement part. He fixed both appliances in less than an hour for a very reasonable fee. Michael is a very nice and trustworthy guy and I recommend him wholeheartedly and without reservation.
